Authorities in Solano County are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a man and a woman outside an apartment complex Sunday night in Suisun City. The shooting happened shortly before 10 p.m. in the parking lot of the Harbor Breeze apartment complex near School and Cordelia streets, police said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman was taken to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Investigators believe the shooting might have stemmed from an argument.
