A 43-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder and related offenses after he shot a 25-year-old man in the face at a motel in Middle Township, Cape May County, New Jersey, police said. The shooting occurred at around 12:56 p.m. on Friday, May 15, at the Simpson Motel in the town’s Rio Grande section, police said. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim with gunshot wounds to the face and he has since been taken to the hospital, police said. His condition has not been provided. An investigation found that Adam Radomski had confronted the unidentified 25-year-old shortly after he checked into the motel and then shot him, police said. Radomski was located by officers in Rio Grande and has been taken into custody, police said. He remains in custody at the Cape May County Correctional Facility as he awaits a court appearance.
