Letter: Saudi Arabia not ideal choice for negotiator

My comments are in regard to Tuesday’s letter, “Enlist Saudi Arabian leader for Iran talks.” I lived in Saudi Arabia from 1980 to 1983, and to be blunt, there is no love lost between the two countries. Saudis still remember the 1979 takeover of the Grand Mosque, the holiest site in Islam.
