A North Bay Walmart has temporarily closed after firefighters say someone deliberately set merchandise on fire inside the store Wednesday night. Now the search is on for an arsonist. A Suisun City Walmart was filled with shoppers last night when firefighters said somebody set some merchandise on fire, leading to a massive evacuation and some scary moments for shoppers. Suisun City Fire Chief Brad Lopez says the superstore was filled with smoke, and an aisle in store’s hardware section was ablaze. Firefighters and police safely evacuated about 50 customers as well as employees. They contained the fire quickly, but the chief says the store was heavily damaged from smoke and water. In a statement, Walmart said “The safety of our associates and customers is a top priority.
