A 3M-Opticom traffic signal device, shown as the white light, in the light bar of a new Grand Prairie Police Car. (WOLO) – Highway Patrol says a drive r was killed in a wreck Monday night. It happened at 8:40 p.m. on Harmon Road near Kirkbrook Lane. According to Master Trooper Hannah Davidson, the driver of a 2015 Cadillac was travelling east when they struck a deer, went off the left side of the roadway, hit several trees and overturned. The driver died from their injuries. The Richland County Coroner’s Office has not released the victim’s identity as of yet, as the investigation is ongoing.
