An Oakland student from Fremont High School has been accepted to 31 colleges he applied to. With graduation around the corner for Dominic Antoine Jr., the excitement is building ahead of college. Fremont High School said Dominic is the first Black male student athlete at the campus to be valed ictorian in over 50 years, and possibly the second Black student within our Academy in the Academies history. Meanwhile, the cost of college is proving to be too much for the bright student.
