On Monday at 1:36 p.m. a freeze warning was released by the National Weather Service valid for Tuesday between midnight and 9 a.m. for Oneida, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Madison, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome, Delaware and Sullivan counties.The weather service informs, "Temper atures tonight will fall into the low 30s and upper 20s, resulting in a widespread frost and freeze." ...read more read less
