FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WISH) — A Fort Wayne man was arrested for murder on Tuesday after shooting a male in the head. According to Fort Wayne Police Department, officers responded to the 4500 block of Bowser Avenue, near Gaywood Drive, regarding a disturbance. When Officers arrived they foun d an unresponsive male suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. After investigating, police identified 47-year-old Ya Sin as the suspect in the shooting. Sin was arrested and has been preliminarily charged with murder, kidnapping, and law enforcement fleeing in a vehicle. Police did not provide any information regarding the victim.
