RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- America's 250th festivities are in full swing in Henrico County. Henrico Recreation and Parks held the Friend or Foe 5K on Saturday at Osborne Park and Landing. The run began at the historic park and traveled through a Revolutionary War landscape, meeting Lafayette and Bened ict Arnold reenactors along the way. History manager Joseph Rizzo said the event underscores the historical importance of the area while providing community members an opportunity to get active.
