The organizers behind BareRoots Music Festival, a recent addition to Central New York’s music scene, are hosting multigenre concert Bloom on Saturday, April 25 from 7 to 10 p.m. to further their mission of celebrating Syracuse’s legacy of musical and artistic talent.
