Gillum was arrested as a fugitive from justice and will be extradited to Louisiana to face charges, PBS News reported. The Louisiana State Police is investigating the incident alongside the FBI. Gillum’s family reported him missing on Tuesday, April 21, and said he has a history of self-harm.
