I just want to say job well done to Hawaiian Earth Products and the other companies and people responsible for accepting food waste, along with green waste, before making compost. I am sure that in six months this new compost will be much richer in nutrients than ever before. I know this because I h ave made my own soil from table scraps using the Bokashi system.
