The NBC Bay Area Investigative Unit has learned new and troubling details in the death of a 2-year-old boy at a San Francisco daycare. The child’s parents are searching for answers after the death of Ethan Sandoval, who had been attending a licensed in-home daycare in the South of Market neighb orhood. His parents, originally from Guatemala, do not live together but are united in their demand to understand what happened to their son. Multiple agencies are looking into it, raising questions from the grieving family and other parents who say they had concerns before this tragedy.
