SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert just before midnight Monday for a missing elderly woman last seen in San Jose. Ceja Ciaran, 80, is described by authorities as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes. The Silver Alert was activated in Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda and San Francisco counties. It is believed that Ciaran is on foot.
