A carjacking suspect was arrested after crashing into a dental office in San Jose Thursday, according to police. San Jose police said officers responded to the area of Burdette Drive and King Road in response to a disturbance involving a weapon at around 6:50 p.m. According to authorities, a s uspect brandished a box cutter at several people in the area and tried to steal someone’s vehicle as they were loading items in the back of it. The suspect ended up taking the victim’s keys and jumped into the victim’s vehicle, police said. Officials report that, despite several efforts to stop the suspect, he managed to get out of the parking spot and drove directly through KC Dental on King Road. Officers took the suspect into custody, and he was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of multiple crimes, including carjacking, assault with deadly weapon and robbery.
