A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Thursday at 7:56 p.m. for winds and gusty outflow until 9 p.m. for Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery and Schoharie counties."An outflow boundary from thunderstorms to the west is leading to gusty west to northwest winds of 35 to 45 mph.
