This year marks the 13th annual Buffalo Cherry Blossom Festival taking place in and outside of the Buffalo History Museum, throughout the nearby Japanese Garden and Delaware Park around Mirror Lake, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
