An updated report was issued from the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 4:26 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 5 p.m. for Northern Warren and Southeast Warren as well as Hamilton and Saratoga counties.Wind gusts of up to 50 mph and penny-sized hail (0.75 inches) are expected.
