Fort Worth police are investigating a triple shooting that officers suspect started as an argument between a woman and her boyfriend. Around 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, North Division officers were called to the 5100 block of Persimmon Court in reference to a shooting. Officers got there and found three men with gunshot wounds. Fort Worth Fire was called to the scene to assist. In a news release sent to NBC5, police say preliminary information shows a man and woman were arguing outside in the cul-de-sac area near a parked vehicle. Nearby residents heard the commotion and approached the parked vehicle. Police say there was a physical confrontation involving everyone at some point. Police say that’s when the woman pulled out a gun and shot three people: the man she’d been arguing with, who turned out to be her boyfriend, and two other men.
