At 2:07 a.m. on Thursday, the National Weather Service issued an updated red flag warning valid between noon and 6 p.m. for Upper Hudson Valley and Middle Hudson Valley.Expect winds to be south 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 35 mph and relative humidity as low as 20 to 30%.
