(KRON) -- Police in Antioch have identified the suspect in a fatal shooting earlier this year. Zahvon Hopson is wanted in connection to the February 19 shooting that left a 20-year-old woman dead. Hopson, according to the Antioch Police Department, should be considered armed and dangerous. Officer s initially responded on Feb. 19 at 7:17 p.m. to the 2200 block of Sycamore Drive on a report of a shooting. At the scene, officers located a woman suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Police say the suspect was identified through a combination of video surveillance, witness statements and forensic evidence. Police are advising anyone who sees Hopson not to confront him. The Antioch Police Department is also urging Hopson to come forward and surrender peacefully.
