TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Striping Operations Planned Across District 7

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 8, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled striping operations on various state and rural secondary routes throughout District 7.
Work will take place daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. beginning Wednesday, Ap
ril 9 through Tuesday, April 15, weather permitting.
The work will be performed as a mobile operation. Reduced speeds and brief delays are possible.
Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for slow-moving equipment and personnel in work zones.
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.

District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
