Morrisville, N.Y. — A postmaster in Madison County admitted Tuesday that he fraudulently issued nearly 200 money orders to himself, stealing more than $100,000.The Morrisville postmaster, Delos Thurston, pleaded guilty to money order fraud as part of a plea agreement with federal prosecutors.
