COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia PD says a 32-year-old has been arrested for a non-fatal shooting that happened during the Christmas season last year. CPD’s Fugitive Team additional officers arrested 32-year-old Duane K. Williams, II. Williams was charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He is accused of shooting a male victim at Hampton Court Apartments the day after Christmas on December 26, 2025.
