INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A person is in critical condition following a shooting on Indy’s east side Tuesday morning. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says officers arrived at the Hubbard Gardens apartment complex off East 42nd Street and Meadows Drive around 9:10 a.m. to inve stigate a person shot. There, they located a victim suffering gunshot wounds. IMPD says the victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition. A suspect was detained at the scene, but no official arrests have been made.
