A 76-year-old woman was found dead after a domestic-related incident Sunday afternoon in southwest suburban Oak Lawn, police said.Officers conducted a well-being check in the 9400 block of South 53rd Court at 1:10 p.m. and found Maryann Buss-Kincaid, according to police and the Cook County medical e xaminer's office.
