The imminent closure of Tamashiro Market brings back happy memories of watching Hari Kojima wizardly cutting fish on Bruce Carter’s “Let’s Go Fishing” with my family on a Sunday afternoon. And my elementary school excursion to learn about all the fish, crabs, lobsters and watch the skilled f ishmongers scale, clean, gut and wrap the orders in pink paper.
