HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) -- The Hopewell Police Department is looking for man who may have been involved in an armed robbery Saturday evening. On Saturday, April 4 at 10 p.m., the department received a call about an armed robbery that had just taken place at 1001 W. Broadway. Upon arrival, the victim told police that a Black male around 40 to 50 years old wearing blue jeans and a black shirt entered the business and displayed a firearm. The man then took an unknown amount of money from the register and left on foot, per officials.
