Gabrielle Doyle, Asimina Klapsianou and Roni Peiravani each had hat tricks as the No. 6 Hawaii women’s water polo team routed Cal State Fullerton 20-2 and clinched the Big West regular-season title Friday at Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Center.
