Multiple people were displaced following an apartment complex fire in San Leandro Friday, according to the fire department. Firefighters were dispatched to an apartment complex fire on Dutton Avenue near Washington Elementary School at around 1:20 p.m. Authorities said nine people were displaced following the incident, and the Red Cross was helping them find a place to stay.
