UNION CO., N.C. – A Union County teacher is accused of a sex crime against a child. 31-year-old Zackary Winchester is charged with felony indecent liberties with a child. His arrest warrant says the child involved is under 16 years old. Union County Public Schools says Winchester has been a tea cher at Benton Heights Elementary since 2016.
