HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) —AAA says that the national average for a gallon of gas is $4.09, and here in Hampton Roads, that average has jumped to nearly $4 for unleaded regular gas.   One month ago, it was more than a dollar less, at $2.95.
