COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) -- A Colonial Heights officer jumped down into a drain to save several ducklings on Wednesday. On Wednesday, April 1, Colonial Heights Animal Control took to Facebook to share photos of a heartwarming rescue.
