Harris County Judge Nathan Milliron, caught on viral video berating an I.T. worker in court, is now ordering an attorney to appear before him, after that lawyer called out his behavior. The attorney says it’s free spe ech. The judge says it’s improper communication. Now the backlash is growing, with critics questioning not just his temperament, but his judgment on the bench.
