CHARLOTTE, NC – A homicide investigation is underway in northwest Charlotte. Police were called to a breaking and entering at a home on Florentine Way, which is just off Moores Chapel Road and Sam Wilson Road , around 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Officers found a person who had been shot.  MEDIC pronoun ced the victim dead at the scene. CMPD says police have identified all of the people involved in this incident, and that there is no threat to the public.
