Traffic is backed up on I-10 WB in Quincy near mile marker 164 due to a vehicle fire.The Florida Highway Patrol told WTXL ABC 27 that a vehicle carrying hay caught fire Tuesday afternoon, causing one lane to be blocked while cre ws worked to put out the fire.
