On Tuesday at 8:42 p.m. the National Weather Service released an updated severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 9:15 p.m. for Columbia, Greene and Ulster counties.Wind gusts of up to 60 mph and quarter-sized hail (1 inch) are foreseen.
