Update: Thunderstorms with damaging winds and quartersized hail in Chemung and Schuyler counties Tuesday

The National Weather Service issued an updated severe thunderstorm warning at 5:44 p.m. on Tuesday in effect until 6:30 p.m. for Chemung and Schuyler counties.The storms could bring quarter-sized hail (1 inch) and wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
