Lincoln Police Cruiser (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)William Lloyd (Courtesy of Lancaster County Corrections) LINCOLN–(KFOR Mar. 31)–A 47-year-old Lincoln man has been charged with two counts of child abuse and one count of third-degree sexual assault of a child, after court documents allege he sexually assaulted a teenager in front of her friends. Court records indicate William Lloyd had apparently touched a 14-year-old girl in appropriately, causing her mental health to deteriorate. The teen told police on Jan. 14 she and two friends were staying at a home when Lloyd invited them to his camper. Court documents allege Lloyd gave the girl and her friends marijuana and alcohol while they listened to music. The victim told police Lloyd sexually assaulted her during the interaction. Court records show Lloyd later apologized to the victim and her friends, calling it a “test.” Lloyd was arrested Friday at his home and put in the Lancaster County Jail.
