Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill is asking a federal appeals court to reinstate the death sentence of Todd Wessinger, who was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Stephanie Guzzardo and David Breakwell during a robbery in Baton Rouge in 1995.
