On Tuesday at 2:21 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated flood watch valid from 8 a.m. until Wednesday 8 p.m. for Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Cayuga, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.The weather service informs, "Flooding c aused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible." ...read more read less
