An updated flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 1:44 p.m. valid from Tuesday 8 a.m. until Wednesday 8 p.m. for Herkimer and Hamilton counties.The weather service informs, "Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be possible."
