(Jeff Motz/KFOR News)Ruben Calderon (Courtesy of Lancaster County Corrections) LINCOLN–(KFOR Mar. 30)–Lincoln Police arrested a 34-year-old man for 2nd-degree assault, use of a weapon to commit a felony and resisting arrest, after a disturbance where he allegedly stabbed someone he knew during an argument early Saturday morning. LPD public information manager Erika Thomas says officers were called to an apartment near 12th and “G” Street, where Ruben Calderon stabbed the victim in the arm with a screwdriver, before retreating to his apartment and was later arrested after a search warrant was served.  Calderon was ultimately placed in handcuffs and a screwdriver was recovered from the scene. Thomas says Calderon actively resisted arrest with five different officers.
