Police are investigating after a woman was shot in North Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon. The shooting occurred at around 3:02 p.m. at the 500 block of West Montgomery Avenue, police said. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the woman, who has not been identified, suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.
