A man turned himself in after a deadly shooting at a bowling alley in Matthews, according to the Matthews Police Department. It happened just before 1 a.m. at the Lucky Strike bowling alley located off Brigman Road. Police said they received a report of someone there with a gun and that the caller said someone was shooting. Upon arrival, police located 43-year-old Travis Lock unresponsive in the parking lot with a suspected gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Police said a dispute between multiple individuals began inside the bowling alley before it escalated in the parking lot. The suspect, 48-year-old Ray Teasley, allegedly fled the scene before police arrived but turned himself in on Sunday. He was charged with voluntary manslaughter.
