APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - Starting April 1st, crews will begin a $7.4 million project to resurface a nearly 2-mile stretch of West Wisconsin Avenue, between Casaloma Drive and North Badger Avenue in Grand Chute.  The work includes resurfacing the pavement, patching concrete when needed, adding sidewa lks and improving turn lanes.
