(KRON) -- Law enforcement is warning of a planned "beach takeover" for Saturday at Albany Bulb Beach in Albany. According to the East Bay Regional Park District Police Department, the takeover is planned from 6 p.m. until midnight. Park police will be increasing their presence in the area with pla ns to have "officers present in significant numbers throughout the evening," according to EBRPDPD.
