(KRON) -- Law enforcement is warning of a planned "beach takeover" for Saturday at Albany Bulb Beach in Albany. According to the East Bay Regional Park District Police Department, the takeover is planned from 6 p.m. until midnight. Park police will be increasing their presence in the area with pla ns to have "officers present in significant numbers throughout the evening," according to EBRPDPD. SF shooting victim identified as 22-year-old SFSU student "All applicable laws and regulations will be strictly enforced, and there will be zero tolerance for violations," police said.
