(KRON) -- The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday unanimously approved a $3.8 million project to replace a 20-year-old bayshore playground. Magic Mountain Playground at Coyote Point Recreation Area in San Mateo “no longer meets current safety and accessibility standards and is at the end of its useful life,” county officials said. Other improvements planned include better access and circulation for playground visitors. Magic Mountain Playground at Coyote Point Recreation Area in San Mateo, Calif.
