SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) -- An investigation is underway following a deadly collision involving a motorcyclist and a vehicle in San Jose Tuesday afternoon, according to police. Pedestrian struck and killed by 38 Geary bus Tuesday morning, SFMTA says The San Jose Police Department said units are in th e area of Meridian Avenue and Blackford Lane to probe the crash. Commuters are advised that Meridian Avenue will be shut down in both directions from Minnesota Avenue to Hamilton Avenue with no expected timeframe of reopening.
