(KRON) -- A San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of homicide after, according to police, he shot his wife inside their home on Don Seville Court. The incident happened on March 20 around 6 p.m. "The San Jose Police Department received multiple reports of a shooting inside a residence. While enrou te, officers learned the suspect had shot his wife," SJPD spokesperson Stacie Shih wrote. Officers found the husband at the scene and booked him into jail. The victim succumbed to her gunshot wounds at a hospital, police said. ICE agents conduct immigration enforcement at SFO SJPD did not release the husband's name on Monday.
